I would feel alright biking in my town. There are not a ton of accidents and there is enough space for me to bike in most streets.

Should the government impose stricter fuel efficiency standards on vehicles?
Is personal responsibility or government regulation more effective in reducing overall fuel consumption?
I believe government regulation on this could help a lot. Gas will be purchased less often, which would reduce fuel consumption and make it easier for citizens…
