Yes and no. While switching genders is perfectly fine and possible (especially with today's technology), creating/making up new genders is somewhat absurd.

yes, and the government should do more to protect minorities from discrimination. saying that someone's gender identity or sexuality is against your religious beliefs is ridiculous. It does not force you to be aother gender who love your own sex. people are just homophobic and do not want people to be who they want to be.

If you have a man's urinary system use the men's room. If you have a female's urinary system use the woman's room. Shouldn't matter about the "identification".

Gender and sex are not the same thing. This issue is not well enough understood for government to act on it. Gender is psychological, sex is biological, gender shouldn't be treated like sex and sex shouldn't be treated like gender.
