Should funding for local police departments be redirected to social and community based programs?
I think police should be paid based on how they perform. If they take the powers they're given and do bad with them why should they be paid more?

Should homeless individuals, that have refused available shelter or housing, be allowed to sleep or encamp on public property?
They shouldn't be allowed on property where the owners say no. If the owner doesn't care then its fine.

Should employers be required to pay men and women the same salary for the same job?
No
There is no reason for a woman to get paid less than a man. If they're doing the same job in the same way why would a man get compensated more?
