This is exactly why relying on massive, bureaucratic global organizations for aid is a bad idea—they’re inefficient, constantly short on funding, and ultimately leave people hanging. Private charities and local initiatives would do a better job of stepping in without all the political red tape. If people really care about helping, they should donate directly instead of expecting governments and the UN to magically solve everything. Top-down solutions always fail, and this is just another example of why we need more voluntary, decentralized efforts.

It's outrageous that billionaires and governments can hoard wealth while over a million people in Myanmar are left to starve due to "funding shortages"—we have the resources, but not the political will.
