Yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence of an imminent threat, and a trial is not possible

 @9GZWVN4 from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

If there is a better way, then let's go for that way. If however there is no other better option, then they must have substantial evidence that they are involved in a terrorist attempt before they are eliminated. I am focused on protecting our country

 @98RS2NC from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

 @B35KGKDRepublican from Utah  answered…3mos3MO

Yes, but there needs to be undeniable proof that they are planning or have committed an attack against our country.

 @9ZL3LX8 from Utah  answered…6mos6MO

No capture and fair trial if there is undeniale evidence they have or will commit an attack against the country.

 @9XMZHMB from Utah  answered…6mos6MO

Only if there is undeniable evidence and there is no other way to stop an attack. If they can be captured they should be given a fair trial.

 @9X8F7B5 from Utah  answered…7mos7MO

No, stop pissing off other countries, & restrict military activity to defensive actions at/in our own borders.

 @9TYLMXY from Utah  answered…8mos8MO

No, unless they know for sure that it was that person otherwise they could be killing someone completely innocent

 @9R8JY7F from Utah  answered…10mos10MO

“Suspected” is a dangerous word. If we KNOW that they are terrorists, then yes. But we must be sure.

 @9NN9DN6 from Utah  answered…11mos11MO

Yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence of being a terrorist, regardless of what country they plan on attacking.

 @9LVPTDF from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

Killing is never the best thing but we need to be protected. We also need to make sure we have the right information and be 100% sure about it.

 @9LM3YGQ from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

No, they should have a fair trial but should be interrogated and imprisoned if they find out they are a terrorist

 @9L3H2TH from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

No, but they would have permission punish according to the crime if they undeniably committed it or planning to commit it.

 @9L2X8H5 from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

Only if there's evidence towards them attacking and there will be no innocent civilians harmed, if that's a concern they should be captured instead.

 @9KZW2H2 from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

Yes, in both cases if there is undeniable evidence of a planned terrorist attack and/or a committed attack on our country.

 @9KGJ4QD from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

No, they should be captured and given a fair trial with the permission and assistance of the suspected terrorist's native country

 @9K4PYBZ from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

No, they should be taken care of in their own governing country. If the country wants help then yes.

 @9JXFM2H from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence they they have attacked our country, or they are planning to attack in the future

 @9JS57GV from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

No, they are foreign as so the US has no say, but you should talk to the other countries leaders about it

 @9HNZJ6D from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

No, if they are in a foreign country, the leader of that country should choose what to do about them. Only if that suspected terrorist commits a crime against our country should we be allowed to retaliate, but only against that offender.

 @9H9SMSC from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

They shouldn't be assassinated, but if there is evidence against them they should interrogate and imprison them.

 @9H4K9W5 from Utah  answered…1yr1Y

Not unless it's a threat to our country, but most importantly we must know we should have evidence of these "terrorists" and why they're doing it. We also have to hear what other countries have to say about our suspected terrorist and their involvement.

 @9G8JFG8 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

Again, starting a War isn't something we should simply jump to right away. If a threat is real, take tactical, knowledgeable action. Assassinating Evil will only bring more Evil.

 @9FLSVBL from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

No, it's a foreign issue not a domestic issue so it is better for us to not be involved but it can only apply if the there was a threat aimed at us.

 @9F2XBJV from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but only if Congress has authorized use of military force in that foreign country.

 @9DL97XH from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9DCWXG9 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9D5TX27 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

 @8K2NHG9 from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

Yes, but only if there is evidence that they plan to attack, or have atatcked the US, and only if the other country consents. Where possible, the terrorist should be taken alive and imprisoned.

 @9BXDSD7 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

 @9BP53K3Libertarian from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes as long as there is undeniable evidence that they are a threat to our country

 @9B2H6Q5 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

The CIA already goes into foreign countries to assassinate whoever they decide to kill.

 @99YQN4K from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

they should warn the foreign country and asked if they should intervene

 @972RFVT from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @96Q3FMB from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence they are planning to attack out country And/Or they have committed and attack against our country.

 @96PLYMZ from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

There should be action taken when there is a credible threat or evidence of an attack, but giving a green light to attack someone just because they disagree with certain aspects of our Nation is a slippery slope to justify action against others that may not truly be a "terrorist".

 @9693CVGIndependent from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @964DZG9 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @95ZWG38 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

No because what happens if someone wrongfully accused them just to get back at them, then you would have murdered a completely innocent person. They should be brought in and asked questions to see for sure if they did or didn't then from there the punishment can be executed if they are found as guilty.

 @95ZFWP3 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

No. At this point only let the U.N. decide that. If they want our help, fund the action.

 @95ZB8SVIndependent from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

I don't really care. it could be either one as long as its required force

 @95YXMJ8 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes but only after there has been undeniable evidence of planning an attack after a declaration of war has been made and passed through congress.

 @95XFT3Y from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, they should be considering all threats from all locations, and narrow it down to find terrorists.

Yes, if they have attacked or are planning an attack against the US or allies of the US.

 @95PFRZ3 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @946XFL5 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if we have evidence that their actions will harm the interests of America and our allies.

 @93MB8DY from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Again it depends, this could cause WW3 in some cases I think its a case by case situtaion.

 @93KV3GY from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Only if it can be proven that the person in question is an immediate and credible threat and also not harm relationships with the countries that the person may be residing in or affiliated with

 @93JSKTK from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, if there is undeniable evidence that they are a threat AND capture is not possible

 @93779KZ from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @9322XD8 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

We should only assassinate terrorists when affected countries request to exercise justice for them against offending terrorists. We should only exercise justice in our own country until requested to help by citizens or other governments.

 @92P59MYIndependent from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence they are planning to attack our country and/or others.

 @92KGSNZ from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Innocent until PROVEN guilty, But if they aren't in our country and aren't our obvious enemy in war, no.

 @92JM25D from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes as long as the foreign country allows us to conduct the operation and we have undeniable evidence to do so.

 @8ZRSTNV from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if there is proof that they have or will harm our country or people.

 @8ZL9KTY from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but only if there is undeniable evidence that they are planning to attack the country or have committed an attack against our country.

 @8YWHRRH from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8YSL33M from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

They should ask questions about why they did it or can end up killing them.

 @8YB35L3 from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but there must be evidence that the will commit terrorism to any country.

 @8XWFRQZ from Utah  answered…3yrs3Y

 @8XBC55D from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

I'm going to combine 3 and 6. If there is undeniable evidence then assassinate them. But if not capture, interrogate and imprison them until proven innocent. If proven guilty then give them the death sentence.

we should capter, interrogate, and imprison the suspected tourist and tell whoever country they were after to build better relationship.

 @8VWZDYR from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

We should not involve ourselves with people that are half a world away.

If there is evidence that they have or are planning to attack us, assassinate them, but if not, capture, interrogate and imprison them

 @8SBNR4N from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

It depends if the person made it obvious that they are going to do something bad.

 @8SBN7NT from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

They should be captured and interrogated thoroughly and if there is concrete evidence that there was an active plan and/or have committed an attack that it can be a possibility

 @8RVCC6C from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

Only if trying to capture them would lead to more problems and if we knew they had/ were going to attack our country

 @8RRWVL7 from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

The US can assassinate terrorists, but not only Suspected terrorists, but they have to be confirmed terrorists.

 @8Q9RWRV from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

They should be able to as long as they have done an attack against the U.S. But I think there are other ways to deal with suspected terrorists.

 @8Q7JGFF from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

 @8Q458VF from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y
