I love her!! I believe she is a great candidate for the 2024/2028 elections and I will definitely be voting for her. While Biden is better than Trump, they're both still bad, AOC would be a great fit and cause many positive changes to this country.

I Totally Agree, I agree with most things about Biden but I think he lacks intelligence and leadership. I watched most of his rallies and he was extremely boring. I think aoc is a way better candidate.

My concern is her stance on China, which I couldn't find anything about. On basically all questions, I agree with AOC but I don't like the CCP at all, which might be where we disagree the most.

End lobbying, dismantle the fossil fuel industry in favour of clean energy, nationalize healthcare, abolish ICE, reform the criminal justice system, end private prisons, decrease wealth inequality, etc. You know...help people.

Hope you're not being serious. My wife and her entire family are Mexican immigrants and are some of the best people I've met. Not just them, but the Latin-American immigrants, some of them illegal, are absolutely awesome people.

The problem isn't the people. The problem is an immigration system that overtly takes advantage of people who want a better life. When you take into consideration the fees that a person needs to pay and then the exchange rate of all of that combined its an insurmountable obstacle for those of lesser means. Most immigrants are not rapists and criminals. It's extremely racist and close-minded to lump a whole group of people into one negative category. There are many rapists and criminals in America, but other countries do not view us as a country of only rapists and criminals. That's the same type of logic you displayed in your comment.

That isn't how it works. The majority of people who are immigrants aren't bad people they are just resorting to measures to stay alive because of people with similar beliefs as you. A group is not one person, a group is a lot of different and similar ideas and ideals.

I don't know how much you know about Biden but he seems like someone who is wearing a mask of lies but underneath he seems similar to Trump. I do agree he is better than Trump but the reason for me is because he does have that mask and must maintain

Thoughts on AOC saying she might leave politics? She said she might quit politics in the interview with the NY Times stating that she didn’t even know she was gonna run for reelection this year. She also said that she feels like the Democratic Party does not want to push her ultra progressive agenda.

The Democratic Party is using candidates like her to explain why they did so poorly in down ballot races.

Was "de-fund the police" really the reason they lost in every seat?

Other reasons:

  1. Weak down ballot candidates.
  2. CV19 Lockdowns
  3. Senate / House leadership.

She is not perfect, and no politician is especially the great MAGA king. She is much less divisive than Mr. Trump. Trump is the president only to his voters and is not unifying at all. I don't think that Alexandria would be perfect for all voters, but she would not start a civil war or call everybody who disagrees with her crazy or crooked.

I don't think that Alexandria will change her views on the Ukraine war. She is a strong supporter of sending aid to Ukraine. America has spent over a hundred billion dollars on aid and weapons to Ukraine which is fine but doesn't help inflation. I do have a problem with the aid we are sending though America only sends a couple billion at a time which keeps Ukraine going but people are still dying. If we had or would just send a hundred billion dollars, I think Ukraine would push out the Russian forces.

Personally, I don't care who you voted for in 2020, as long as you don't hunt people down and eat them for disagreeing with you! Creepy Joe and Tronald Dump both suck. Biden said "you ain't black" and he recently used the n-word! Trump said climate change was a hoax and he told four congresswomen to "go back to your countries", which I didn't like. My advice to you: vote consciously! Don't just rely on the media because they lie too!

Biden did not use the n-word. He was trying to say "eager to hear". At worst, he said "neager to hear". He previously used the n-word around '85, but he was reading a quote. Biden is a corporate tool, and out of touch... but I certainly don't find him to be a racist.

Biden was one of the biggest supporters of segregation and one of the Ku Klux Klan's strongest allies, and he even stated "I don't want my kids growing up in a racially mixed jungle!" He sounds pretty racist to me

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the absolute perfect democratic candidate for president in 2024. She has been a representative from New York since 2019 and shares all major views with other democrats. If she were to run this election, she would be the only candidate who could beat Joe Biden in the primary election.

Thanks for the reply. If Marrianne Williamson was not running i would probably vote for him. I am a moderate democrat, so he reflects a lot of my views. He has said some interesting and strange things about the covid vaccine and just vaccines in particular but i still like him. If he wins the primary, he would be my choice for president. I am a bigger fan of Marrianne, but he is pretty good too.

We have good capabilities through all of this to investigate what has happened and who has been there.”Finland’s Europe Minister Joakim Strand called the incident "concerning.""Our authorities together with the companies are proactively investigating the case. The telecommunications have been re-routed to back-up connections and practical impacts have been minimal. The cable of course will be repaired. It is too soon to speculate on any causes but of course this is concerning," he added.The suspected case of sabotage comes as European foreign ministers, meeting in Warsaw on Tuesday, warned that Russia is “systematically attacking” Europe’s security architecture.

Outside the sports center in the southern city of Zhuhai where a 62-year-old man had plowed an S.U.V. into a crowd, killing at least 35 people, workers on Wednesday quickly removed bouquets of flowers left by grieving residents. Uniformed police officers and officials in plainclothes shooed away bystanders and warned them not to take photos. At hospitals where patients were taken after the attack — at least 43 more people were injured — local officials sat outside the intensive care units, blocking journalists from speaking with family members.On the Chinese internet, censors were mobilized to delete videos, news articles and commentaries about the attack. Almost 24 hours had passed before officials divulged details about the assault, which happened on Monday, including the death toll. Their statement offered limited details, and they have held no news conferences.The response was a precise enactment of the Chinese government’s usual playbook after mass tragedies: Prevent any nonofficial voices, including eyewitnesses and survivors, from speaking about the event. Spread assurances of stability. Minimize public displays of grief.The goal is to stifle potential questions and criticism of the authorities, and force the public to move on as quickly as possible.
