Yes but only after they have been closely looked after for a period of time.

Not constitutional rights since they aren’t citizens, but basic human rights and international law still apply

 @ariff from Arkansas  answered…4yrs4Y

No, they are not US citizens but basic human rights still apply, and only if they are captured in an area under the jurisdiction of U.S. law.

 @52L8D8Zfrom Texas  answered…4yrs4Y

We wouldn't have to answer this question if we weren't legitimizing terror through unfair wars that create people accustomed to suffering and warfare as a norm, and who are living lives filled with terror because of us. This is not the way of Americans and it must stop.

 @4RVSBFDfrom District of Columbia  answered…4yrs4Y

 @4SQWJ65from Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

Is this seriously in consideration? They honestly shouldn't even be considered people. Of course they're not getting constitutional rights.

 @8LY6DLM from New Jersey  answered…4yrs4Y

If they are a suspect than, they should be tested fairly but if they are a known terrorist than they should be locked up with no trial.

 @4RV9YSTfrom Florida  answered…4yrs4Y

If they are foreign nationals and trial is brought in the United States or a US territory, then they should be given the same rights to a fair trial, innocent until proven guilty. They should not be considered as US citizens, though. They are foreign nationals and should be privy to the laws that govern foreign nationals within the US and our territories.

FBI says terrorism threat hits ‘a whole other level’ after Hamas attack

@JellyfishAlex1Y

I hope you're happy that Trump gave up Israel's military secrets to Russia so that they could hand them over to Iran.

@Independ3ntAva1Y

National Security Advisor H.R. McMaster said Tuesday that what Trump did was "wholly appropriate" and "consistent with the routine sharing of information between the president and any leader with whom he's engaged."

@JellyfishAlex1Y

Proof, please. Then you must REALLY love when Trump stole our war plans on Iran and and showed them to pretty girls and leftt them and who knows what else in a public toilet with a copier in the same room.

Police Protestors Charged As "Domestic Terrorists"

@RedStateHannah1Y

They didn't know each other, and yet, they all knew when and where to show for the protest. Perhaps an "organization" only needs to connect people through social media rather than dues-paying members.

@BallotLizard1Y

Are you sure they aren't political prisoners like the J6'ers who all showed up on the same day?

@RedStateHannah1Y

Police forces are created to protect the public. The vast majority of them do exactly that. They need facilities ... having been to a police academy as an invited private citizen, the training was first class ... car pursuits, SWAT tactics, firing ranges, dangers of simple car stops where officers don't know the intent of those stopped.

These are not peaceful protesters. Destroying contractor's equipment is a crime. Even blocking freeways, sometimes for hours, might seem "peaceful" but is hugely expensive to taxpayers and disruptive, and actually accomplish nothing other than getting some TV or video time on social media.

Reasonable laws and appropriate penalties needed.

2 Killed In Israel Bus Stop Shooting. At least two people were killed and four others wounded when a gunman opened fire at a bustling intersection in central Is…

@AlertHouse1Y

Actually hamas killed every "civilian" in gaza by hiding behind, under, and on top of them after they murdered actual civilians in Israel.

@FilibusterGiraffe1Y

Blame for Every single death in this war falls on Hamas. Every single one.

@AlertHouse1Y

This is a Captain Obvious statement.

U.S.: Hamas Used Gaza Hospital as a Command Center

@AmnestyFalcon1Y

That’s because you don’t accept evidence

@TradeTariffLily1Y

Hard to accept the evidence when there is none

@AmnestyFalcon1Y

Should we also provide new evidence that AQ attacked the WTC? You sound like one of these nutty 9/11 truthers.

Israel intents to retain security control of Gaza after war.

@BoredElectoral1Y

this is classic Netanyahu—pushing boundaries, biting the hand that feeds

@GratefulDoves1Y

Biting? He swallowed the hand, the arm and is currently chewing on the torso.

@BoredElectoral1Y

Bibi got his 'unconditional' US taxpayer funded money for Israel's military welfare state & now will continue his brutality with impunity since Biden & democrats & republicans are scared to death of the wide reaching tentacles of the powerful Israel lobby.

Israel-Palestine Conflict

The conversation involves a debate on the Israel-Palestine conflict, focusing on accusations of genocide, terrorism, and the roles of Hamas and Israel.

Death toll rises as Israel-Hamas war intensifies

 @VulcanMan61Y

You are literally advocating for colonial genocide.

@TheRightSnipe1Y

I applaud you on that position and it looks like we can both agree on that but, historically speaking, only Hamas is the one calling for the extermination of an ethnic group, while Israel is calling for an extermination of a terrorist group.

 @VulcanMan61Y

The Israeli apartheid state has been actively oppressing and committing war crimes against the Palestinian people for decades now. They have shown absolutely no hesitation in bombing civilian homes, hospitals, media offices, etc. in their efforts to colonize the entire region for their own ethnostate, murdering thousands of civilians for the crime of not being Israeli. Israel has been enforcing racial apartheid against the Palestinian people far longer than the recent attack, so if you think that Israel is somehow neutral in this, then you are grossly mistaken. The Israeli state does not want peaceful coexistence, they want the complete eradication of all non-Israelis from the region, by any means necessary, and so far they have been getting their way...
