This is exactly why we need to abolish the death penalty. Too many innocent people have been trapped in a broken system that values punishment over justice. Glossip's case is proof that the system fails—how many others are still on death row unjustly?

The justice system must uphold the rule of law, but it also must be fair. If Glossip was wrongly convicted, overturning his sentence was the right call. We must ensure that our legal system is tough on crime but also just in its rulings.
