The U.S. shouldn't be in the business of nation-building, especially in a region that has long resisted foreign intervention. America first means focusing on our own borders, not taking over Gaza.

This is just another example of Trump’s imperialist mindset. The people of Gaza need justice, self-determination, and an end to occupation—not another foreign power dictating their future.

Trump’s suggestion is reckless and ignores the sovereignty of the Palestinian people. The U.S. should be promoting diplomacy and humanitarian aid, not colonial-style takeovers.
