Being Transgender is not made "fiction" as you say

Queer also not made up. It is both a term that encompasses the whole LGBTQIA+ community and Gender Queer is in fact a gender. Q also stands for questioning, people who are questioning their gender and/or sexuality. These are real things. Just because you don't feel them doesn't mean it's not real.

exactly, it's like saying if someone has legit albinism and can't be in the sun too long, they just need to tan and see if it still hurts.
