Kamala Harris says "We don't negotiate with terrorists."

During last night't debate Kamala Harris said"

"Donald Trump when he was president negotiated one of the weakest deals you can imagine. He calls himself a dealmaker. Even his national security adviser said it was a weak, terrible deal. And here's how it went down. He bypassed the Afghan government. He negotiated directly with a terrorist organization called the Taliban. The negotiation involved the Taliban getting 5,000 terrorists, Taliban terrorists released."

Trump should have HAMMERED her on that endorsement, along with her McCain reference. What morons are coaching this guy? I'll do it! JFC it's so easy to win but they wanna self own so hard

I agree with you. More to the point, Trump remains the former president who is didn’t destroy the country. Kamala remains the current VP leading us into WW3, bankruptcy and totalitarianism. She failed to counter that narrative.

I don't remember him doing so. Then again, they didn't really let him have a campaign rally-like monologue. He was mostly answering questions on policies and in general material of substance, which surprised me.

If Biden/Harris weren't negotiating the withdrawal with the Taliban, then I think we've found one reason behind that debacle.

Should the release of prisoners be considered a valid negotiating tool in talks with opposing forces, even if those forces are deemed terrorist?
