Homicide rates in Norway, comparative to other societies at other times, are actually high

They only appear low, because the norm in Western nations is importing third world aliens and mass-immigration great replacement policies that wreak havoc and create crime waves. Norway blessedly is different, in that regard, and that explains the disparity.

Norway takes in a lot of immigrants too. Scandinavia is one of the most popular countries for immigrants to go to.
