Toughest bill in 50 years is a talking point … HR 2 is the one the Senate Democrats have sat on for months. That’s the tough bill.

Nah, the bipartisan deal allocated tens of billions of dollars in border agents, processing agents, Wall, new legislation to go after fentanyl traffickers. It was literally a dream bill for conservatives. Then Trump intervened.
