If a friend inspired you to volunteer for a cause you knew little about, would you do it; why or why not?

Pretty important! Just because a person has money shouldn't be a thing where you choose to not do a certain thing because you have money!

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1yr1Y

What role should volunteerism play in education, and could it sustain a school system?

 @9HMPC29Republican  from Delaware  answered…2yrs2Y

While it might be challenging for volunteerism alone to sustain an entire school system, it can certainly enhance the educational experience and contribute significantly to the overall development of students. Volunteers can provide supplemental support, programs, and mentoring.

 @9HVFP2Q from Missouri  answered…1yr1Y

Communities would try and do whatever they want because there are no set laws that they have to listen to.

 @9HVWL2K from Ohio  answered…1yr1Y

I think people would work together over the issues they have in their community to make it safer.

 @9HVFDK8 from Wisconsin  answered…1yr1Y

I think communities would handle certain situations differently , like maybe all the nonviolent/crime making people would stick together and help one another.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

Can you think of a situation where voluntary participation vastly improved an outcome?

 @9HN7QSS from New Hampshire  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes voluntarism are good because it the only way to communicate with your communities people around you.

 @9HN7CS7Women’s Equality from California  answered…2yrs2Y

Absolutely! Voluntary participation can have a significant impact on improving outcomes in various situations. One example is when communities come together for volunteer clean-up initiatives. Let's say a neighborhood decides to organize a voluntary clean-up day in a local park. People willingly offer their time and effort to pick up trash, plant trees, and beautify the area. Through their voluntary participation, they can transform the park into a cleaner, more enjoyable space for everyone to enjoy. This not only improves the physical environment but also fosters a sense of community and pride among the participants. Voluntary participation can truly make a positive difference in many aspects of our lives.

 @ISIDEWITHasked…2yrs2Y

In what ways do you think voluntarism could encourage or hinder community cooperation?

 @ISIDEWITHasked…1yr1Y

What role does trust play in a successful volunteer initiative, and how can it be cultivated?

 @9JBCZTK from Nebraska  answered…1yr1Y

Trust is a privilege. Trust gives people motivation to be involved. The only way trust can properly be used (nobody taking advantage of trust for personal gain), there must be strict laws/consequences in place to maintain that trust. The only way trust can grow is if we educate our people and keep them aware that by breaking trust (putting others in danger), they will face consequences.
