Confirmed terrorists. "Suspected" opens up a whole new can of worms for them to take out anyone that they see as a problem & label them as a terrorist. Evidence needed.

 @9XMZHMB from Utah  answered…6mos6MO

Only if there is undeniable evidence and there is no other way to stop an attack. If they can be captured they should be given a fair trial.

 @9X8F7B5 from Utah  answered…6mos6MO

No, stop pissing off other countries, & restrict military activity to defensive actions at/in our own borders.

 @9SCGPH7 from Utah  answered…9mos9MO

if they have proof they are a terrorist then yes but if not and they just have a bad feeling about them no.

 @9R8JY7F from Utah  answered…10mos10MO

“Suspected” is a dangerous word. If we KNOW that they are terrorists, then yes. But we must be sure.

 @9G8JFG8 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

Again, starting a War isn't something we should simply jump to right away. If a threat is real, take tactical, knowledgeable action. Assassinating Evil will only bring more Evil.

Only if the there is undeniable evidence they are both planning, and able to commit the attack, and the US works with the country the terorrist is sheltering in.

 @8QR7BS5 from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

we should only assasinate if there is undeniable evidence that they have attacked the country, but if they are planing an attack they should be interogated and dealt with calmly without killing them.

 @8Q9RWRV from Utah  answered…4yrs4Y

Terrorist attacks against the US civilians or Military is an act of war. War rules apply. Military forces should have the right to confront a threat of terror. When the situation is no longer a threat military stand down. If trials for War crimes against our military or civilians become necessary then a fair trial should take place.

 @8LK2W49 from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8L8SSY9 from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

No, if there is undeniable evidence they are planning an attack on our country, we should bring them in and make sure no one else they are affiliated with will carry out their plan.

 @8L7NKZ5 from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

Absolutely not because all this stuff ruins are reputation as a good and free continent we are making are selves look horrible by making stupid choices like BOMBING Korea. Like do we just have to make things so much worse! Any way, no i do not think we should assassinate at all.

 @8L4ZJD9Libertarian from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

I think that it depends on the crimes committed and the evidence we have to prove their crimes but in some instances I think that there really is no other way but if it can be handled better I think it should.

I feel like people should be given trail. But we are at the point that fair trial wont work because the people are so rich they can get out of it. So i strongly believe we shouldnt kill them but we should take care of them in ways so they do get a punishment.

 @8J754C2Republican from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

 @8DGC4LL from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

This one is tough. Yes and no. One could argue that if they are dead they can no longer cause problems, but there will always be someone to replace them.
It could potentially just make things worse. Much like the Hydra of Greek mythology, chop off one head and two take its place.

 @8D8V5CH from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

If there is proof that this person has caused a terrorist act in the USA or plan too or plan to attack any country.

 @8D4F4CS from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

Capture, in target, and imprison them as a priority. If no option is available and undeniable evidence for a planned attack against our country is presented, then assassination attempt will be considered

 @8CG65VZ from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

 @9CP5NP2 from Utah  answered…2yrs2Y

Work closer with the foreign governments to have them apprehend or assassinate said terrorist. But we don't need to except in time of war, with that host nation.

 @8NM828BWomen’s Equality from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

It depends, if they are planning and already done so to attack our country then yes they should be exiled or at least be put on a fair trial resulting in jail.

 @8MKV6S2Constitution from Utah  answered…5yrs5Y

If there is evidence to back up the claim and if they have already tried another way then yes it is okay. I think we should first try to be more civilized then the terrorists we are accusing.
