Yes, but on a random basis so we are not paying for every person but any person could be tested at any time.

No, but they must be made unable to reproduce while on Government assistance. Additionally, they must prove that they are being productive members of society (working or volunteering), or lose the right to vote.

Yes, if they have a history of drug abuse. Then offer treatment/rehab for those who test positive.

Yes, anyone receiving money from the government. Provide treatment for positives.

Yes, save for marijuana. Anyone testing positive for anything other than marijuana usage should have their welfare immediately terminated. Welfare recipients who are able to work must also demonstrate that they are either working, or looking for work to maintain receipt of benefits.

yes, upon being positive they should be treated in rehab, if the habit continues then take away their funding

 @9BCZK3JLibertarian from Ohio  answered…2yrs2Y

Yes, but provide treatment for those who tested positive. And regular check-ups for those who have tested positive and seeking treatment to ensure they don’t go back to their old ways. If they fail three times from rehabilitation then they should be cut from welfare.

Yes, if they do test positive then we should give them support to help with substance abuse.

Only test if they have a history of criminal drug abuse, and get treatment for those who test positive

 @8P6PWLG from Ohio  answered…4yrs4Y

I strongly feel that if we enforce drug testing, the children would be effected the most. If the parents were to fail the children would be without food

 @8L8D7C5 from Ohio  commented…4yrs4Y

No, only if they have a criminal history related to drug abuse

This is just a legal loophole for discrimination based on income. Just because you are poor or lost a job does not mean that you use drugs and this is an unnecessary invasion of privacy. As someone who hates needles and even setting foot in the lab at the doctors office I think this ridiculous.
