I can't understand how someone in Fani Willis's position, a district attorney no less, can just decide not to comply with a subpoena. It's not like we're talking about a request to borrow a lawn mower; this is a serious legal and political matter. The Georgia Senate is simply doing its job by investigating allegations of misconduct, and if Willis has nothing to hide, she shouldn't have any problem appearing before the panel to clear her name.
