Unfortunately, the ACLU will file suit and gain injuntive relief. I still would like to see it pass.

Is it ethical to withhold welfare benefits from individuals suspected of drug addiction, or should the focus be on providing support regardless of substance use?

Do you feel that tying welfare benefits to drug screening unfairly targets certain populations, or is it a necessary step to support public safety?
