My opinion on that news topic is that when a form of nuclear weapons or actions are threatened to be taken, it is a world issue that is very serious and nuclear weapons forces the government to take action and it questions China on what catastrophic nuclear weapons/actions are going to be made and how they will stop it/what actions they should take which is important.
