How do you determine if a sale is truly saving you money or just enticing you to buy more?

 @9KW2W22 from Virginia  answered…1yr1Y

By comparing the prices before the sale and the sale price if the price before the sale is not that much higher than the other one then I know that I am not saving any money cause im just going to buy more but if the pirce is lower than what i would have originally got it for then i would be saving money.
