I feel neither bad nor angry

I don't hate the person for not knowing English. It's just simply a language barrier which is bound to happen in such a diverse place like the United States.

The United States is a melting pot for opportunity. To become a citizen, you must have some basic understanding of English. So, we should give those seeking opportunity time to learn and be able to express their culture openly.
