Can conservative liberalism's emphasis on a free-market economy benefit everyone equally, and why or why not?

No it inherently is designed to create inequity. While free market capitalism can be a force for good, it often develops into monopolistic tendencies which causes the system to devolve. So no I don’t think it impacts everyone equally, because it is designed to favor the wealthy industrialists.

I believe generally it could benefit the majority of the youth.

No it can not. It would devalue and take away from other beneficiaries.
